Our flashWeld model is a fully integrated and robust laser welding systems when it comes to welding metals and non-metals. They can be used to precisely join materials with high melting temperatures as well as high heat conductivity. There is no time loss by movement of work-pieces or processing heads. The scanner technology is an attractive alternative to moving the processing head or the work-piece, for beam positioning. The laser beam is deflected and positioned by one or two galvanometric rotating mirrors. The focusing is effected after the deflection unit via a focusing lens in front of the scanner head. Depending on the complexity of the work-piece, we offer laser solutions for 2D or 3D scanner welding.
